The Mecca stone that grows in flour

The Mecca stone: in Aydın, a holder of an erysipelas (yılancık) hearth diagnosed with a “stone” a grandfather had brought from Mecca a century ago. If it stuck to the wound, the disease was erysipelas. The healer said the stone was kept in a box with corn and wheat flour and grew there. Researchers think it was most likely a mollusk shell; as a hearth secret, it was not given for study.
