Ingredients

  • 1 dessertspoon of dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 cup of just-boiled water

Method

  1. Put the chamomile in a cup or teapot.
  2. Pour the water over it and cover with a saucer.
  3. Steep for 5–10 minutes.
  4. Strain and drink warm.

Covering the cup keeps the flowers’ essential oil from escaping with the steam.
